Help to find material location This list enables us to keep track of the exact location of every item in our store. Without the location master, it would be impossible to know how much material we have at each location.
Master /Customer PO
Most important Having a sales order is essential for any enterprise, whether it is given in writing or verbally. In Vijay ERP, it is considered the most important factor as material shortage, production planning, and sales invoicing cannot be processed without it. Fortunately, entering the sales order has been made easier. When entering the sales order, it is important to keep two things in mind. First, keep the quantity at zero when the PO is open and scheduled. Second, By default billing will be ByQty. However, some customers send material in quantity but billing is done by weight. In such cases, we have to select billing ByWt, and such job work will be billed accordingly. Rest of the options can be done in the normal way as all other entries are done.
Master/BOM
List of all child Part & exact quantities A Bill of Material (BOM) is a comprehensive document that contains a detailed list of all the components and the exact quantities required to manufacture a finished product. Scrap or waste materials The BOM also includes information on any scrap or waste materials generated during the manufacturing process. Estimate the cost of goods The BOM can also be used to estimate the cost of goods sold and to plan for future production runs.

PRODUCTION/Vendor Po Schedule
Helps us track the material When we provide an open purchase order (PO) to a vendor for material supply, we must also provide them with a schedule at the beginning or end of every month. The schedule specifies the quantity and type of parts that need to be supplied on a weekly basis.
PRODUCTION/Customer Po Schedule
Schedule help production plan The customer determines the rate of sale on a purchase order (PO), but we require a schedule for the supply of materials before we can plan production. Weekly or Monthly Schedule This schedule can be issued on a weekly or monthly basis and is crucial for us to determine how much material is available in our store for production. Important role in shortlisting suppliers for purchasing materials Additionally, the schedule plays an important role in shortlisting suppliers for purchasing materials.
PRODUCTION/Material Shortage List
The Material Shortage List is a tool that provides us with a list of materials that are currently in short supply and those that are available for purchase based on the monthly schedule. By using this tool, we can accurately estimate how much material needs to be purchased. The common part list is also available in this dashboard. Additionally, the decision-making report helps in material management and purchase order issues.
PRODUCTION/PO Amendment
In case the rate of any Purchase Order (PO) has changed, there is no need to create a new PO. Instead, we can make use of the PO Amendment option to update the rate and generate a printout of the changes. This printout can then be given to the vendor.
PRODUCTION/MIS Gate
Gate Entry Management (VijayERP): The Gate Entry module in VijayERP tracks all material movement in and out of the premises. For outward materials, it records gate pass details including driver name, phone number, vehicle number, and authorized person who approves the dispatch. For inward materials, the system links the Purchase Order (PO) or return material, verifies quantities, and updates the inventory upon receipt. This ensures complete traceability, accountability, and smooth control of material flow across your organization.
PRODUCTION/Production Entry Stage Wise
At the Production Entry Stage, we can input the stage of our real production machine and part. This option allows us to generate Production Capacity and other reports that help us explain and control the production department more easily.
PRODUCTION/Production Entry With BOM
To produce an assembly, we can use the Production Entry With BOM option. When we produce a part, its child parts are automatically reduced based on the quantity that should be included in the assembly. This simplifies the production process and ensures that all necessary parts are included in the assembly.
PRODUCTION/MTV
The MTV (Material Transfer Voucher) is a tool that enables us to transfer materials from one stage of production to the next without having to go through each previous stage. This is particularly useful when a material has been rejected and cannot be reprocessed. In such a situation, the material can be easily scrapped with the help of MTV.
