Maintenance (VijayERP)

Machine & Tool Maintenance (VijayERP): The Machine and Tool Maintenance module is designed to help organizations monitor, schedule, and manage maintenance activities for all machinery and tools. It ensures that equipment remains in optimal working condition, reducing downtime and improving productivity. Key features include: Preventive Maintenance: Schedule regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, or part replacements to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Corrective Maintenance: Record and track repair work whenever a machine or tool malfunctions. Maintenance History: Maintain a detailed log of maintenance activities, including date, technician, issues addressed, and parts replaced. Alerts & Notifications: Automated reminders for upcoming maintenance tasks to ensure no machine or tool is overlooked. Cost Tracking: Track maintenance costs for each machine or tool, helping analyze operational expenses and budgeting. Integration: Links with production and inventory modules to ensure machine availability aligns with production schedules. This module helps maximize equipment lifespan, reduce unplanned downtime, optimize production schedules, and control maintenance costs, providing a clear overview for managers and operators.

M/c Maintenance/Check Points Name

Various Components Machine maintenance requires a thorough inspection of various components in order to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential malfunctions. As such, it's crucial to identify and check specific points within the machine that tend to experience the most wear and tear. Such points could include the motor, bearings, belts, or any other critical components. Appropriate Tools To perform this inspection, it's important to use the appropriate tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, or multimeters, depending on the point being checked. Method The inspection method should also be appropriate for each point, with some requiring visual inspection, while others will require more in-depth testing. Finally, the criteria for determining whether the point is in good condition or needs repair should be clearly defined. This could include factors such as the level of wear and tear, Top Working Condition the presence of any damage or corrosion, or any unusual sounds or vibrations that may indicate a potential problem. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your machine remains in top working condition and minimize the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns.

M/c Maintenance/Maintenance Schedule

Machines Run Smoothly In order to ensure that machines run smoothly and without breakdowns, it is important to have a maintenance schedule. Preventing any potential loss This schedule should be followed strictly so that all maintenance tasks are carried out on time, preventing any potential loss to production. Email is triggered by the schedule To ensure that the maintenance person is notified on time, an email is triggered by the schedule.

M/c Maintenance/Breakdown Slip

Must Be Created Breakdown Slip In the event of a malfunction in a machine, a breakdown slip must be created to document the issue and initiate the repair process. Part A The slip consists of two parts, Part A and Part B. Part A includes the name and identification number of the machine, the name of the operator, and a description of the problem encountered. It must also be updated with the date and time of the issue. Once completed, Part A is printed out for easy reference when filling out Part B. Part B B-Parts are serviced by the maintenance department. The process includes identifying the problem, determining the method of correction, and implementing a solution to prevent future issues.

M/c Maintenance/Prev. Maintenance

When you access the PM entry, only the lines that match the date or quantity in the schedule will be shown. You can click on the relevant entry and write down any action or advice that you deem necessary, which will then be saved in the history.

M/c Maintenance/Pending List

The Pending List for Machine Maintenance displays all the tasks that are yet to be not complete. You can view this list and enter the details of the actions taken along with the date. Once the task is completed, it will be removed from the Maintenance task list and the Machine will be saved in the maintenance history.

M/c Maintenance/Material Issue Slip

The material has been issued for the maintenance of your machine. You can now access it from the stock using this slip. The slip will be saved in the machine's history.

M/c Maintenance/Machine History Card

The Machine History Card provides a detailed record of all maintenance and preventive work done on the machine. The card includes information such as the type of maintenance performed, the problem encountered, the action taken to solve it, the parts and consumables replaced along with their quantities, the names of the personnel involved, as well as the start and end times of the maintenance work. Additionally, any remarks or notes related to the maintenance work are also included in the card.

Tool Maintenance/Tool Schedule Master

Tool Schedule Master is a tool that helps us schedule the maintenance of all our tools. With this tool, we can set a maintenance schedule, determine when to start maintenance, and specify the quantity of production at that time. It also allows us to set the frequency of maintenance for each tool, ensuring that all tools are maintained promptly and efficiently.

Tool Maintenance/Tool Breakdown Slip

If a tool breaks down before its expected lifespan, then it is necessary to document the reason for the breakdown, along with suggestions and solutions to ensure that the same problem does not occur in the future. This document also creates a history of the tool, making it easier to make informed decisions in the future. Each tool is associated with an item, and the Tool Breakdown Slip is divided into two parts. Part A should include a description of the issue that occurred when the tool broke down, while Part B should detail any work that the maintenance department performed on the tool.
