Sale
When the Sale Department creates invoices, all invoice data is visible in the Account Pro module under Sale. The accounts team reviews these invoices and posts them to the ledger, updating GST, sales credit, and party details. This ensures accurate recording of sales transactions and proper accounting.
Sale Pass
Once the account team posts a sale invoice, the entry appears in Sale Pass as an approved transaction. If any correction is needed, accounts can return the entry for un-posting, allowing the sale department to correct the invoice before reposting. This provides proper control and accountability between Sales and Accounts.
Purchase
When the Purchase Department raises invoices, all data is visible in the Account Pro module under Purchase. Accounts review and post the invoice to the ledger, updating GST, purchase debit, and supplier details. This ensures correct accounting of procurement transactions and inventory updates.
Purchase Pass
Once a purchase invoice is posted by accounts, it appears in Purchase Pass as approved. If corrections are required, accounts can return it for un-posting, allowing the purchase department to make changes before reposting. This ensures accurate procurement accounting and proper supplier management.
Receive Voucher
The Receive Voucher module records all payments received from customers, including invoices, partial payments, and advances. It updates the accounts receivable automatically and provides a clear record for accounting and reporting. Payment Voucher
The Payment Voucher module records all payments made to suppliers or other parties. It ensures proper authorization, ledger updates, and audit trail for every payment. Journal Voucher
The Journal Voucher module is used to record non-cash transactions, adjustments, and corrections in accounts. It ensures accurate posting to the general ledger, providing a complete and auditable record of all financial transactions beyond simple receipts and payments.
Contra Voucher

Due Payments Detail
This module provides a detailed breakdown of all pending payments, including invoice numbers, amounts, and due dates. It allows accounting teams to prioritize payments and maintain accurate financial planning.
Fixed Assets
The Fixed Assets module records company-owned assets, tracks depreciation, maintenance, and disposal. It ensures accurate accounting, proper valuation, and compliance with auditing standards.
Schedule

Balance Sheet Closing

Opening Balance

Closing Stock

Debit Note Pass

When a Credit Note is created for sales adjustments, returned goods, or discounts, it appears in Account Pro under Credit Note. Credit Note Pass
